Entire service experience was excellent. Check in was smooth. Brayden went over my service for that day checked me in and I was on my way. My car was ready when promised. Check out was smooth, with the exception of the congestion in the pick up bay, but Brayden quickly moved a car or two and I was out in no time. The congestion does not deter me from continuing my service at Mercedes of Austin. I waited less than 5 minutes to get out, but it would be nice to see the congestion eliminated. With that said, I will never have my Mercedes serviced anywhere else. They provide top-notch customer service from sales to service. You will be treated like their ONLY customer! More
