This year Motor Werks has really stepped up with customer satisfaction. It has always been a good dealership to work with but this time around they seemed even better with customer satisfaction. From the salesperson to the financial manager it was a great experience.. We will definitely recommend Motor Werks and most definitely recommend Zack. When this new lease is up we will definitely be back to see Zack. As far as the Honda CRV we cannot say enough about how great it is. More
WARNING: DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!! Motor Werks Barrington has managed to mess up once again. From driving my vehicle thru tolls and incurring violations (which they did resolve after nu Motor Werks Barrington has managed to mess up once again. From driving my vehicle thru tolls and incurring violations (which they did resolve after numerous attempts) to driving from Rockford to the dealership and being told that my intouch system was fixed only to discover when back home that it was still factory set to OFF (turning it on has to be done by them manually in the service center). I was fed up with them. However, I needed an oil change and had a windshield replaced yesterday so the cameras had to be recalibrated. Motor Werks Hoffman was booked, so unfortunately I was forced to use this dealership. I figured what could go wrong with such a simple request? I scheduled online, and also indicated on the request that my windshield had been replaced and needed recalibration. When I arrived, I was told by Paul (?) they only did maintenance on the weekends. No apology, no acknowledgement of a mistake made. Ok fine, but it would have been nice to receive a call informing me of this so I could have rescheduled during the week instead of driving 90 miles round trip on two separate occasions. Mind you, once before, the alignment machine was down and low and behold, they let me drive all the way out there without telling me so this isn't new for them. This is not the kind of service you would expect from a luxury dealership. So, after the oil change was complete, upon starting the car, a message displayed "key system error". I immediately brought Paul who got in, turned it off and on, then went to look for a tech. When he returned, he said the tech said it is from resetting things after an oil change and that it will go away after driving for a bit. This did not seem right and I expressed this. I explained this hadn't happened with previous oil changes and that I live very far so I am concerned. I also asked for a time frame. He then said I could stick around and ask a tech about the length of time but he was currently doing a test drive. I opted to just leave considering he said it was normal and didnt initially offer for me to speak to someone until I continued to press him for answers. I left, but called another Infiniti dealership who informed me the error is not normal after an oil change. I then brought the car back. They did discover the issue (which had nothing to do with resetting after the oil change as previously stated by Paul) but what happened next has me disgusted to the point that I will NEVER use this dealership for service or sales again. I told Paul I was upset with the customer service aspect. Instead of offering any sincere apology, he told me that "no one looks at the appointments to be able to let me know if something is available or not", "the other dealership didnt tell me the truth" (but it wasn't from the oil change, which is what the other infiniti dealership said). He pretty much said he stands by what he said and that's that. Very standoffish, condescending and unlike anything I would expect from a dealership, much less a luxury one. I let him know I would be writing a one star review due to how he has treated me, and he gave me a I dont care attitude. An apology and a friendly attitude would have went a long way in this situation. What Motor Werks needs to understand is that I am willing to drive even further to get knowledgeable staff and common courtesy and will do so from now on. More

Izabela has demonstrated an outstanding customer service, professionalism and charisma. She understood our needs and greatly helped us to make a decision to buy a car we were looking for: GLA 250. We extremely pleased with our purchase and buying experience. Izabela has consistently followed up with us after the day of purchase, answered all of our questions and provided additional guidance! That's what every car buyer needs. I sent him an email Saturday after 9pm and although he was off duty, he followed up via text that he will get me the information I requested first thing Monday. He sent me the info I needed as soon as he got in (9:07am). I even had other questions and he followed up immediately. He also promise to send us something we requested...he kept his promise and followed up to ensure we received it. What awesome customer service. Getting that reassurance shows that the quality in customer service and the quality of the vehicle represents Motor Werks!!! More

Several staff at the dealership got back to me quickly and eventually put me in touch w/ Tom, who I then communicated with and determined that I would make a trip down to see the vehicle. Tom was always quick to respond to my emails, and was flexible when my plan to drive down was postponed until the next day. Upon meeting, he was friendly and personable...and not "salesy" like many car salespeople are. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and took time to point out the features and get me comfortable with the electronics before taking it on a test drive, and once back was honest and fair as we came to a deal for the vehicle. Overall both Tom and the dealership left a great impression on me, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. More
