CAR WAS "ACCIDENTALLY SOLD" - DEAL MADE, GAVE A DEPOSIT!! Had a deal on a car. Ran the financing, agreed on a price, GAVE THEM A DEPOSIT. Next day was pick up day. I received a call from a manager that my Had a deal on a car. Ran the financing, agreed on a price, GAVE THEM A DEPOSIT. Next day was pick up day. Izabela was my sales rep and she made me feel so comfortable, kept me up to date with everything and was so knowledgeable about the vehicles. Not only that but she spent ALOT of time with me as well as her whole day off at the dealership with me. She never made me feel pressured or like an inconvenience for blowing up her phone with my one million questions and just made me feel so comfortable. These ladies were both incredible! The place is a mess no communication On Saturday went in to look at a Mercedes S 63 coupe. I first dealt with Brian who told me the car listed on the website was out for a weekend test dr On Saturday went in to look at a Mercedes S 63 coupe. I first dealt with Brian who told me the car listed on the website was out for a weekend test drive. He took my name and found 2 other similar cars different colors. He then offered to text me a video of one which he didn't have access to. He also promised to call me about the availability of the car I first went to look at. I didn't hear from him... even after I texted him Monday asking if the car was still available. I then asked via the website inquiry as to the availability of the car on Monday evening. I was told by Jamie Larocca sp? that the car was available and he asked if I wanted to make an appointment. Considering the fact it looked like BrIan wasn't interested in dealing with me I said I did and would be in the following day at 5 pm. Jamie even texted me to confirm and I reiterated that yes I would be there at 5. I walked in to see some guy sitting at the front desk and told him I had an appointment, He introduced me to another salesman Tom. Tom and the sales manager and the other members of the clown college met in an office and all seemed perplexed. My goodness the car was still "out" on a test drive. So I'm prepared to pay 100K for a car that no one can find for the second time. Tom offered to show me another car. I angrily refused. I realize it wasn't his fault but why would I want to do business with a deanship that can't get its act straight. And the funniest thing was while I was waiting 15 minutes for the clown college to realize the car wasn't there, I heard 10 salesmen sitting around making cold calls begging for people to take test drives. It goes to show you can put make-up on a pig but it's still a pig. Don't bother with this place More
Pleasantly surprised I usually purchase a newer car every 3-4 years and it’s always a less than pleasant experience to say the least. I must say dealing with Zach Sowinski I usually purchase a newer car every 3-4 years and it’s always a less than pleasant experience to say the least. I must say dealing with Zach Sowinski and Motorwerks was a surprisingly easy experience. After the purchase I experienced an issue with the car and Zach took care of it immediately. The service crew was very attentive and quick. Would say if you are in the market for a luxury car, this is the place to go. More
