I lugged my 2 year old an hour and a half, just to show up and be told by Mark that he sold the car I came to purchase. Now, to be fair I didn't expect the car to be held for me, but a phone call would have been considerate and would have saved me a trip. Afterwards he had the nerve to try to up sell me on another model. Beware, stay clear or Mark Smith. He is your typical car salesmen. More

This was my first new Benz purchase and the Barrington Motorwerks location along with James were a pleasure to work. They were not pushy at all and worked with me to make sure they could do their best to match my priorities. As with any car purchase, make sure you set aside a few hours if not days and negotiate to the best of your ability. Compared to other dealerships they seemed to try just that little bit harder to get you the deal you want without making you feel as if you're overreaching. I would recommend that if you are able to at least visit the dealership before making a purchase elsewhere to do so. The drive from Chicago out to Barrington will be worth the price and purchase experience. More
