My mom’s GLC 3 year lease was up so I reached out to 5 Mercedes dealerships in the Chicago area with the model and specs on the new vehicle. Speaking and/or emailing with all the dealerships. She was polite but also got right down to business working to earn our business which had been going to Loeber for the past 2 vehicles. I sent my parents in to pick up the car that same day. Hannah made the process as easy as buying a car can be. Which can be lengthy and painful. Her exemplary approach to her craft and passion for what she does really shines through.
