Bought a new vehicle and spent over $5K in dealer accessory options, only to experience the accessory staff are very unknowledgable, and ruined the finish on my brand new vehicle. Still waiting for accessory options, only to experience the accessory staff are very unknowledgable, and ruined the finish on my brand new vehicle. Still waiting for them to correct the situation. Will never do business with this dealership again. Sales rep Ken Betts made his commission and could care less about the issues with the accessory dept (Mike Gracz), will not return calls. Bought from previously from a different MB dealership and unforutnately I chose Motor Werks this time because it was closer to home, I would not recommend them to any of my colleagues or friends.
