I have always been pleased with the friendliness and competence of service at Motor Werks. Bob Poduch in particular has always been exceptional. My only concern has always been the cost. I'm not opposed to paying a slight premium for dealer service but at times the charges are offensively high (eg: $900 to repair a burnt out xenon head light - one). At some point when the charges become double or more what a reputable independent shop would charge, Motor Werks will lose (or already has lost) business which is sad because I love the company. Chris Roehm has been a pleasure to work with. We love our new 550XI BMW. We have been a customer of Motor Werks for many years. Rene Wok was our salesman in the Infiniti Dept. years ago.
