Dayna was awesome to work with. Very responsive and went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of. I was unable to view the vehicle in person due to being an it of state buyer. I inquired about any leaks or issues and was ensured by the service dept and the sales manager the vehicle passed their comprehensive inspection prior to being listed for sale. The vehicle was shipped to me and upon arrival I Inspected the vehicle and found a coolant leak coming from the thermostat housing on the water pump. I contacted the sales manager who refused to acknowledge any leak and wouldn’t even consider making things right. I have photos to prove the leak and you can see where the attempted to clean the coolant from the under engine covers. If you must deal with this place, Dayna was excellent. The sales manager Tom was horrible and does not care about customer satisfaction. More
