My experience with this dealership was extremely horrible. I needed to get a new battery & a new key. They STRESSED TO ME THAT I MUST SEND MY REGISTRATION AND LICENSE TO PROVE THAT I OWN THE VEHICLE horrible. I needed to get a new battery & a new key. They STRESSED TO ME THAT I MUST SEND MY REGISTRATION AND LICENSE TO PROVE THAT I OWN THE VEHICLE. I sent 1) my registration, 2) Driver's license and 3) warranty paperwork in a sealed envelope. They never opened this envelope and continued to lie to me about not being able to contact my warranty company. Truth is, they never opened the envelope to receive the warranty paperwork. This delayed my vehicle service for 3 weeks. Had they opened the envelope and reviewed the paperwork they would have found all the necessary information. My warranty company was very responsive and I had to contact them on my own to initiate services. This was horrible that they continued to lie this entire time. How do I know they lied? When I picked up my vehicle, all of my information was in the same sealed envelope and had not been opened at all. My second complaint, someone stole $3 and a very expensive watch from my glove compartment. This is why I believe they kept my vehicle so unnecessarily long. If they lied about contacting my warranty company, I strongly believe they were responsible for stealing my items. They are not trustworthy and they lie to customers with no conviction. I'm so extremely disappointed with everything that I went through with this dealership. This was my first & last experience dealing with this dealership. I am now with Mercedes Lafayette. They are completely transparent, honest to customers, they don't lie/steal. They notify customers and return values in a specialized baggies. They have superb customer service. More

I had a new service tech this visit. I’ve worked with same tech for at least 15 yrs. So i was apprehensive about a new person but I had no reason to be. She was delightful. I brought my wife car to replace the accelerate battery. I called before to check to see if the battery was in stock before the car was brought in. The parts person assured me that he had it in stock and g I called before to check to see if the battery was in stock before the car was brought in. The parts person assured me that he had it in stock and gave me the price. When the car was brought in and inspected the report had 6 things that needed attention and I approve for the battery to be changed only to find out that the battery was no longer in stock. The service technician informed me that I can come and pickup the vehicle or leave it until the battery come in. I chose to leave it. A couple of days later I received a text stating that the vehicle was ready and text amount to repair the vehicle was higher than I agreed to when I approved the work to be done. I call the day before three times in order to find out why the price was two times the amount I agree to. The person stated that she will relay the message but, no one returned my calls. The next day I went to pick up the vehicle and the recite still had the wrong price even after I showed her the price of the invoice that I agreed to pay. Eventually it was changed and the excuse that was given was the wrong coding was used. She apologized for the confusion and this happens at times. If I didn't have the previous email of the price agreement this would likely not been changed.. More
