Getting the part took 5 months. I had to call and visit several times to remind them about my order. No one cared unless reminded by me. Pretty pathetic to be honest. I understand the logistical constraint several times to remind them about my order. No one cared unless reminded by me. Pretty pathetic to be honest. I understand the logistical constraints due to covid. But it definitely seemed like they didn't do anything about it unless I reminded them. I had to lose my cool for them to locate the part. Once they located a part, getting a service scheduled was comfortable and the courtesy vehicle was convenient. No issues with the part installation either. More
