Made a service appointment online, which I assumed it was accurate, I dropped off my vehicle early in the day(12:15), did not hear from anyone all day I went ahead and rented a vehicle to get to work the nex accurate, I dropped off my vehicle early in the day(12:15), did not hear from anyone all day I went ahead and rented a vehicle to get to work the next day (no loaner was offered to me). In the morning I inquired about my vehicle, was told no word from the technician yet, did not hear from anyone, I inquired at the end of the day,was given a very short answer ,and was told this particular customer service member leaves early ,and would let me know in the morning ,now I had to scramble to rent the vehicle another day(I inquired about getting a loaner,no answer to that question at all). Next morning I was finally told what the technician found., picked up my vehicle , I was hoping they would give me a price break due to how long it took ,plus the car rental expenses,but none was given. I will not be back to that dealership ! More
