My check engine light went on, on a Tuesday. I called and was told no loaners until a week from Friday. I was told the earliest I could bring my car in was Monday, but no loaners were available until Friday. was told no loaners until a week from Friday. When I arrived I suggested I reserve a loaner for Friday in case my car wasn’t ready. I was told “we shouldn’t get ahead of ourselves”. No car was reserved for me. When I heard nothing back on my car by 5pm I called. I was told they were just getting to my car, and would have information the next morning, Tuesday. Why would I bring my car in at the crack of dawn if it wasn’t going to even be looked at for 10 hours?! When afternoon rolled around and no one had contacted me, I called. The thermostat was not working. The part would have to be ordered. I was told and would be in late Thursday and it would take a few days to complete the work. I was not told wether the part came in or not. I sent a text at about 5 pm on Thursday. No response at all. I assumed I would get my car Tuesday. However the text I got on Tuesday said the part just came in. It took 4 days to get a response to my text?! The text said it would be done that evening. No car, no call, no text. Thursday morning I get a text that my car is ready. So, I have been without my car, and had no loaner for 10 days on warranty work. The service department didn’t initiate calls or texts to me, sometimes they didn’t even respond to me. If Mercedes Moro is “the best or nothing” I got nothing. This is the third time in a few months I have had atrocious service from this dealer. More
