I told them what the terms would need to be in order for me to purchase the vehicle and they actually listened. Sure we went back and forth in negotiations but the whole process was respectful both in their verbal approach and their respect of my time. The whole process was the best I have experienced at any dealership, they were kind and efficient and didn’t talk down to me or try and make me stretch outside of my financial means to make the deal happen. Of the over ten car buying proceeds I’ve gone through, this was the best one. More
