Norm Hunter in sales and all the other staff we met were very helpful, it was a good experience for me and my wife,Norm kept all his promises. Had 9am appointment, advised it shouldn't take longer than an hour to hour and half. Told to return at 11am to be safe. Arrived at 11am to be told 5x it would be 5-10 minutes. Hour went by before I final than an hour to hour and half. Told to return at 11am to be safe. Arrived at 11am to be told 5x it would be 5-10 minutes. Hour went by before I finally received my vehicle back. Due to the delay, had to postpone all our other activities planned for the day. Went from a very pleasant experience to a very frustrating one. More
