The service advisor Rebecca Lee was completely not helpful and was not responsive. She didn’t give me a status till I complained, I had no idea of what was happening. the service manager helped in the helpful and was not responsive. Customer service is very minimal. Little explanation of what needs to be done, and zero follow up. This seems to be a routine.
