I made an appointment for my first service check up . I specifically asked for someone to spend time with me as I had some questions on the functionality of my new car. They asked who the sales rep was, e specifically asked for someone to spend time with me as I had some questions on the functionality of my new car. They asked who the sales rep was, etc. -- and said someone would assist me. When I arrived I was told my sales rep had the day of and they would try to find someone to help. The person they found only had 10 minutes available and could only answer 1 question. The service appointment took over 2 hours . The commute from my house is around 2 hours -- so not convenient for me to just drop back by for help.. More
