I would have rated 5 , but I got there and nobody out at service desk for 5 minutes and a group of guys just standing in car area. xxxx it! Communications is key. Over the four weeks (10 March - 8 April) my car was in the shop I had to try and pull information out of the shop. There was very little push. Upon pickup I asked again about a map update, a question I had initiated on 15 March. Now that I have ranted, the work was five star, the car looks great. You service advisors are busy. However any vehicle that is in for more than a few days need the owner updated a couple of times a wee, especially if completion is indeterminate. We have lives that have plans and are not always immediately available. More
