I had a five star experience buying my car at Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. From my initial call to the dealership to the purchase of my car- it was a seamless process. I had the pleasure of working with Chincha and she was absolutely delightful. I felt like I was working with a friend who wanted to make sure she got me everything I was looking for. Zero pressure, completely professional and treated me like she genuinely cared. She went out of her way to help me and even came in on her day off to make sure I was well taken care of. That is GREAT customer service! In addition to working with Chincha on my purchase, I worked with Romano who is the GM. His no BS, straightforward, transparent sales style was a breath of fresh air. He is a true class act. He made me feel like I was important and everything I was looking for in a car was his top priority to deliver. Even though there were tons of other customers at the dealership, he made me feel like I was the only customer there. I also got to work with Noel who helped me with the financing of my car. Again, wonderful experience. He gave me a couple different financing options/packages and made what could be a daunting and exhausting consultation, super easy and stress free. Overall, I have to give this team a 10 out of 10 for my car buying experience. I’m not someone who just hands out compliments, in fact quite the contrary but these guys earned it. I’m now a believer that buying a car can actually be enjoyable. Thank you Chincha, Romano and Noel for giving me the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.
