Very clean facility ! Service Advisor went out of his way in seeing to my satisfaction. The car was clean and ready On Time without cash out issue. The service associate was impossible to reach after I left my car for service B—after several attempts of phone calls, voice mails and texts. After that, after I finally picked up the car, within a d left my car for service B—after several attempts of phone calls, voice mails and texts. After that, after I finally picked up the car, within a day of transmission service, the car started randomly shifting to neutral giving error messages that transmission needs to be serviced. The transmission was totally fine before the service. The service representative still doesn’t pickup calls or replies to texts. This was when we had emergency issues where having the car returned timely was super critical given the wildfire situation and imminent evacuation conditions. I am very disappointed. More
