Need some serious organization. Taking an hour to drop off a car with an appointment is unacceptable. My experience started out great. Dennis Campbell was fantastic to work with. He found me the exact car that I wanted and a lower payment. The financial part was disappointing. Alex didn't return my calls or follow through so that affects a businesses'reputation. My salesman was very helpful through all of this. The general manager, Roman was able to get things done efficiently for me which I greatly appreciate. Dennis Campbell is the reason I would give this dealership another chance. They need to make sure the Financial person is trained and has the support they need if people have been furloughed. I am loving my new vehicle, so thank you for your assistance, Roman.
