My recently purchased CPO had several deficiencies on delivery date: - carpets weren’t cleaned in the back seat. - passenger sound system vent was dented. - previous drivers personal belongings were still in the car: - emotional support animal card - blood donation card - employee access badge - significant rattles were not resolved - an inspection of the paint was not complete The effort that service is making to resolve the issues is what continues to maintain my trust. The lack of attention to detail unfortunately reduces the sales experience. More

Like the location and friendliness. However was not notified that my car (left for service) was waiting for parts and would need to stay overnight. I came in without an appointment for a dead battery and I was taken care immediately and received quick and expert service. The dealership has failed to contact me three times when they said they would and has not responded to my message. The part they ordered initially for my repair was "packaged incorrectly" and after three we they said they would and has not responded to my message. The part they ordered initially for my repair was "packaged incorrectly" and after three weeks they have not contacted me regarding the correct part. I received four separate notices about a recall replacement and after more than six weeks, starting with an in-person visit, the part still has not been fixed. Another part they did fix was charged at more than I was quoted initially. At this point, I am ready to drive farther to find a dealer that takes service seriously. More
