Like the location and friendliness. However was not notified that my car (left for service) was waiting for parts and would need to stay overnight. I came in without an appointment for a dead battery and I was taken care immediately and received quick and expert service. The dealership has failed to contact me three times when they said they would and has not responded to my message. The part they ordered initially for my repair was "packaged incorrectly" and after three we they said they would and has not responded to my message. I received four separate notices about a recall replacement and after more than six weeks, starting with an in-person visit, the part still has not been fixed. Another part they did fix was charged at more than I was quoted initially. At this point, I am ready to drive farther to find a dealer that takes service seriously. More

Our sales person was very personable and fun. However we purchased a 2019 c class convertible coupe. A week later while washing it I noticed it has been scraped on the front end. It took 5 attempts to eve purchased a 2019 c class convertible coupe. A week later while washing it I noticed it has been scraped on the front end. It took 5 attempts to even get someone to respond to me. Finally he reached out to Norm who took care of it! The story doesn’t end there however when I went to pick the car up from service it was left FULL of leaves and crap from someone’s feet. I would have expected much better from Mercedes!! More
I had a great purchase experience and loved my car, but two issues presented themselves within weeks/a couple months. Once it rained, numerous small chips appeared on the hood, rusted ones which indicated two issues presented themselves within weeks/a couple months. Once it rained, numerous small chips appeared on the hood, rusted ones which indicated they were older. My body shop guy guessed that they had been covered with water-based paint. And then, three months after purchasing it, the rear differential went out and I was out a car. The car dealer and I had agreed that it was a used car, so not perfect, but he did say it was a decent car that would last me for a good while. For both issues, I contacted the dealer to see if they would help with the situation, but was just put off with statements such as, “I’ll ask my manager and get back to you.” And then I wouldn’t hear back. I’ve given up at this point. and then I wouldn’t hear back. I’ve given up at this point. More
