I recently had my vehicle in for service and the they did a great job. They recommended an additional repair for approx $1,100.00, on top of the $1,700 service cost. I inquired to the service rep if my exten a great job. They recommended an additional repair for approx $1,100.00, on top of the $1,700 service cost. I inquired to the service rep if my extended warranty would cover the cost and he asked if I would text him the information of which I did that same day. I didn’t hear anything back and sent again to follow up and then left a voicemail. Crickets,,.. I have spent several thousand dollars at this service department over the past two years. Not sure what else to say except I miss Dylan when he was my service rep. Is this acceptable protocol for a MB dealership? Thinking of going to Wilsonville MB as several friends highly recommended them for their service. More

It took me over 3 weeks to buy the car due to poor communication both with me and between team members at the dealership. Bruce and Dennis were great to deal with. I came into the dealership with a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I worked with both Bruce and Dennis and were treated great by both of them.
