Moving to Oregon from the Bay Area was moving to a slower pace in life. This does not mean the service level should be any less. Rebecca fulfilled the expectations of customer service. She was happy, delightful and professional. She kept me informed of the status of the car and made sure the return of the car was within my desired timeline. Rebecca utilized the text messages perfectly. When I arrived the car was clean and ready for pickup. I will be back for service again thanks to Rebecca. More
Car should not have passed inspection. Broke down same day purchased. Poor follow up. I was told there was a miscommunication however I had to follow up each time to get information and the last time rece day purchased. Poor follow up.
