Very poor service I find the customer service at this location to be very poor. I recently brought my SLK350 for service A which was supposed to be done by the end of t I find the customer service at this location to be very poor. I recently brought my SLK350 for service A which was supposed to be done by the end of the day. I was not notified that it was ready and I called the service advisor twice, once around 5 pm and the second call was around 10am the next day. She did not call me back. I made a third call directly to the service department and found out that my car had been ready for pick- up the previous day! When I got my car back I found out that it had not received the courtesy clean-up inside. This is my third Mercedes and you can be assured that my next car or service would not be at this location. Chris is always great to work with in the service department. It’s just that Mercedes charges an arm and leg on repairs, and since we have two bluetecs, we are constantly shelling out money to keep o department.
