Chris is always great to work with in the service department. It’s just that Mercedes charges an arm and leg on repairs, and since we have two bluetecs, we are constantly shelling out money to keep o department. My husband said we will probably have to get rid of them once he retires this May as we will be on more of a fixed income. I’ll enjoy mine until then! More

Had the defective airbag replaced after waiting two years! Guess I should have asked for a ride home. Sat and waited more than two hours for it to be finished.
