Our first Benz Kristina’s service was over the top. We had two appointments that day Friday afternoon , our first appointment with another car brand didn’t went well Kristina’s service was over the top. We had two appointments that day Friday afternoon , our first appointment with another car brand didn’t went well, prices were out of our expecting range. We arrive Benz for our appointment late. We were worried our appointment would be cancelled due to it was already 4:30pm when we arrive. We were totally not expecting to walk out the door with a car but we did! Not only I got a new car but I also know who I’m going to when I need another car, lifelong dealer and friend! I will so sure I’ll recommend my colleagues to her. Took 2 hours for an oil change and my phone holder is missin I waited in the waiting area for 2 hours with my 6 month old baby. After 2 hours the car was done, they did not reset the oil notification and when I I waited in the waiting area for 2 hours with my 6 month old baby. After 2 hours the car was done, they did not reset the oil notification and when I got home I realized that my phone mount on my windshield was gone. I need that mount and it makes me wonder what they were really doing with my car for the 2 hours. More
