Great service! Great service from their service dept. I hit a large rock in the road which flattened 2 tires. Once received, the car was given the once over by the Great service from their service dept. I hit a large rock in the road which flattened 2 tires. Once received, the car was given the once over by the service department to determine if there was suspension damage and luckily there was none. Not only did they replace the tires and realign the front end, but they also checked for and repaired a manufacturer recall. One very minor criticism: the new tires still had gunk on them from the tire machine. It would have been nice if they would have cleaned them, esp. since my car was clean when they received it. More

After the purchase, I requested to have something taken care of on my vehicle. I had sent one email with my request, where I got replied in just a few minutes. I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton. I have also been working with the Service Department which somehow did not meet my expectation comparing with my previous experience with the other location. The car was not cleaned (In and Out), and the issue was still existed and I had to bring the car back in. More

Another Job Well Done 3 months ago I took my GL to get 50K mile check at a competitor. I asked them to take a look at some noises coming from the front end suspension. Th 3 months ago I took my GL to get 50K mile check at a competitor. I asked them to take a look at some noises coming from the front end suspension. They concluded there was no issue. I kept hearing and feeling something when I drove at certain speeds. With the CPO warranty running out, I decided to make an appointment with Mercedes Benz of Beaverton to see what they could find. They were able to get me in right away, kept the vehicle for a week to determine what was wrong, and fixed everything under warranty. Dylan was very helpful. Thank you for helping me problem solve my issue and in the process saving me some money. I'll return for my next service for sure. More
