Through all the work the Beaverton Mercedes service group has been fast, efficient and surpassed any expectations of any auto service I’ve visited. Chris B is the man, first. He takes the brunt of of any foul words I may have let out and let them roll, providing only the best response, that they are continuing to work on the beast of an engine I wanted to drive. Second, the management is accommodating. The records weren’t always clear and I’ve been at the mercy of poorly handled documents which the Mercedes group has helped see through and accomplish my goal of getting back into a perfectly working vehicle. Third, when my advisor couldn’t quite explain, the tech took time to define issues with the engine and let me know all would be good. I appreciate the hard work and dedication to the engines and soft skills for the hard headed customers, like myself. Great job, everyone! More

60K service and detail I worked with Dylan who walked me through all the details of the 60K service and the pricing. He alerted me during the servicing that a new issue that I worked with Dylan who walked me through all the details of the 60K service and the pricing. He alerted me during the servicing that a new issue that cropped up could possibly be covered by my extended warranty and worked diligently to get that covered. I had a coupon to help defray costs and Dylan applied that to my charges. I was able to pay my bill online and pick my car up when requested and it was all great. And the detailing was fantastic...as usual. Worth every penny. More

I requested to have something taken care of on the car at the time of purchase, not only did Ian and his manager agree they also went above my request and offered a few other things to be done to my car. I have been working with Chris Walters in the service department. When my daughter and I needed a ride from Vancouver to the dealership in Beaverton he sent someone to pick us up and bring us there. This is what amazing service looks like. They have not only made the process of buying a car stress free but they have also gone above and beyond what ANY dealership would do or has ever done. More
