After weeks of search for a model that is becoming increasingly hard to find I found myself on Germantown road on February 25th during a snow storm. I found some ice on a steep hill and rolled the car. When they got me out from hanging upside down from seatbelt the paramedic told me the car saved my life. While waiting for the insurance adjuster to do his job, I began the search again. By chance I was looking at Mercedes Benz of Beaverton website and in a section called "coming soon" I saw my GL350 Bluetec under a cover. It wasn't even prepped yet. But I got on the phone and was directed to Bruce. I told him my situation and what I needed. Bruce worked a miracle! I didn't think I was going to be able to get another loan until the wreak was paid off. But he got it done and I couldn't be happier. I'm not wealthy. I do ok, but a purchase like this is a big deal. It has to fit just right. We had our 2019 C300 with us. There's a software recall on it. By the time we were done with our purchase, the service department had it taken care of and washed. We didn't even have an appointment! We checked in with the service writer, Keith I think and he said he would take care of it. Since our new GL wasn't going to be ready for a day or two I was offered a loaner. Mercedes Benz of Beaverton took care of us as if we were rich knowing full well we aren't. By the way, the loner is a 2019 E class loaded... I could easily change my mind and by this! More
