Cost to mount, balance and align 4 new tires very high! Needed to buy 4 new tires for my SLK250. Was cheaper to get through Tire Rack than the dealership. Charge to mount, balance & align them seemed very high to me. Guess that’s the cost of owning a MB. :( Also, on my prior service appointment, I pointed out a missing nut and washer in the trunk area. I was told these would be ordered, but months have gone by and I’ve never heard from anybody. Disappointed. More

Saved the Day! Had a flat tire that was not repairable and had to get to the closest dealer to get a replacement. Was @4 miles away and it was near closing time...c Had a flat tire that was not repairable and had to get to the closest dealer to get a replacement. Was @4 miles away and it was near closing time...called to see if they had the tire I needed in stock. They did and they stayed past their closing time to accommodate me and replace the tire. I offered to get a ride home and get it the next day but since it was a Saturday they offered to get it changed on the spot! Can not express my Thanks enough. The new Service Manager was super as were all the other staff! More

Attention to detail and making it right for the customer. I had an issue with the headliner and replacement part was not available . Also the service center was able to fix the rattling noise that occurred on my cars on slow speed, the source of which, was hard to detect. The technicians did a great job in locating the issue and fixing it. I am very happy with Mercedes Benz of Beaverton and their service center. More
