The service on my car was completed within hours, covered an additional recall item, and was returned to me in good as new condition. The bill was exactly as quoted. I will always use M/B Beaverton for my service needs (and I've tried others in the area). Great job, Guys. Also - shout out to Tony for taking time to show me some of the new AMGs. Saved the Day! Had a flat tire that was not repairable and had to get to the closest dealer to get a replacement. Was @4 miles away and it was near closing time...called to see if they had the tire I needed in stock. They did and they stayed past their closing time to accommodate me and replace the tire. I offered to get a ride home and get it the next day but since it was a Saturday they offered to get it changed on the spot! Can not express my Thanks enough. The new Service Manager was super as were all the other staff! More
Attention to detail and making it right for the customer. I had an issue with the headliner and replacement part was not available . The dealer ordered the same from Florida which arrived well in time to get I had an issue with the headliner and replacement part was not available . Also the service center was able to fix the rattling noise that occurred on my cars on slow speed, the source of which, was hard to detect. The technicians did a great job in locating the issue and fixing it. I am very happy with Mercedes Benz of Beaverton and their service center. More

Also, I had been told that the cost was going to be $50 less but when I was at the store they told me differently. More

Experience was above and beyond expectations I was very impressed how well I was treated from the first interaction with scheduling an appointment over the phone. I had an aftermarket warran I was very impressed how well I was treated from the first interaction with scheduling an appointment over the phone. I had an aftermarket warranty that they worked with to get covered what could be, and it was definitely not what I would say was a straight forward process. Even with the inclimate weather and some hand offs, I was kept in communication and was only a text message away if I had a question. By the end of this process, it was obvious that the staff has had enough experience to manage many uncommon things that crop up, and I was grateful for it. More

Cost of B service is high compared to other Mercedes dealerships. I travel 22 miles one way to bring my vehicle to have it serviced. Vehicle wasn’t washed other dealerships wash your vehicle during a similar B type service ie Sunset Porsche, Beaverton Acura. The free car wash card provided is useless to Vancouver owners unless your in a specific area. This vehicle purchased at this dealership Dylan did a Great Job and followed up with me say day when I had questions re: my B service. More

I wanted a Ford, but the one I wanted was at a Mercedes dealership....so I expected the worst. I have pretty broad shoulders, so the chip I had on when I walked in was huge. Then I met Bruce. His office was full of sales awards and one bobble head dachshund. My chip shrank. Then I realized the owner, Andy, was a man I knew through his charity work. My chip shrank again. OK so they're cool, awesome people being nice, yeah right. THEY'RE GOING TO TRY AND TRICK ME AND....then they accepted my offer, made everything really easy and smooth and in no time was driving my new(ish) Ford truck away from Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THOSE PEOPLE?! Answer: nothing. Totally recommend them as people...sales and otherwise. xoStorm More
