No Your Clients Didn’t realize I was an owner of a Mercedes purchased from them. Took two trips 3 calls 2 text to solve problem. Purchased car last year traded in car Didn’t realize I was an owner of a Mercedes purchased from them. Took two trips 3 calls 2 text to solve problem. Purchased car last year traded in car I purchased from Beaverton Mercedes. Had Embrace activated on trade it did not get moved over to new car was even though I was auto billed for annual subscription. Tried to activate on new car but couldn’t. Mercedes called me and informed me it had been turned off and to take it into dealership to reactivate. They said do not leave dealership without activating it. Took it in the person who helped me didn’t take the time to review my history to see I had bought the vehicle from Beaverton Mercedes. Said it would cost $175 to do diagnostics to figure out problem. I asked why would I pay that when it should have been working and activated when I bought the vehice. He said good question but had no answer. I said when you get it figured out call me. Later received text apologizing ask to bring it back in to fix the problem. I text back when would be a good time. Never heard back so I drove over the following day. The gentleman helping me did not have a customer friendly attitude. Moral of the story known your clients and don’t depend on automation to replace customer service and communication More
Disappointed I came to get new batteries for my key fob and it was suggested that the service center could diagnose why the batteries were dying so quickly. I agreed and 40 minutes later it still wasn’t done. When I asked about the delay all of the service staff were at lunch. So I left. To make matters worse, it was the day it snowed and several appointments had been canceled. I felt that my time was not considered valuable. More
Service on recall issue Service took much longer than expected; Loan vehicle was initially not provided; Only after my wife waited for more than 1 hour she got informed that Service took much longer than expected; Loan vehicle was initially not provided; Only after my wife waited for more than 1 hour she got informed that service would take even more time; Then she finally got a loaner vehicle. With the fuel tank not even full she was asked to return the vehicle with full tank. We are both extremely disappointed -- the recall issue was not our fault!!! More
Need customer service training I would recommend Ian Kim because he was great to work with. However, the service center was not warm and friendly at all. I felt like a second clas I would recommend Ian Kim because he was great to work with. However, the service center was not warm and friendly at all. I felt like a second class citizen by most of the staff. The "sales staff" would not allow Ian to use their empty offices to allow us to conduct business in a confidential manner. I would wager that those offices and computers belong to the dealership, not the "sales staff". I have done business at other service centers and the treatment is much better at other centers. More
It was excellent. I was treated with respect, dignity, and f I was helped by Norm. It is the second time he helps me acquire the car of my dreams. He is awesome! I enjoy my interactions with him. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy with the purchase. I believe he did everything within his locus of control to help me get the best deal possible. However, I still believe the finance department could have worked with me a bit more so that my payments were reduced to more acceptable levels. I have excellent credit with Mercedes Benz. I have purchased 3 cars with Mercedes. Yet, I was considered tier 3. That was painful. The only reason I did not walk away from that deal was because I respected the work Norm did. I waked into it believing I was gonna pay $999.00 per month and walked away paying 1,200. So...in summary... I love Mercedes and im a loyal customer. Norm was fantastic!!! I love that guy. However, I’m not 100% satisfied with the financing department. I hope they could reconsider my value as a customer and place me on tier 1 so that my payments are acceptable. Hope this makes sense. More
