Service was so quick! We live a bit far from the dealership so driving my car in for its yearly service appointments are not my favorite thing to do. But there is a reason I always go back to the Beaverton location... they're the best. I was told the appointment would be about 1.5 hours. I brought a book to read but after replying to a few messages on my phone and chatting for a bit, my car was already done. I was so pleasantly surprised. I generally only work with Dylan and he was just as helpful as he always is. He makes every appointment there easy which means less worry for me. More

2015 C300 Started my shopping as most do now day's by shopping on the internet. With a busy life, I found online to be the best resources since I sit it front of a PC all day. Came across this C300 which had every option we were looking for at a fantastic price. Mercedes was not even on our list of cars to test drive. I am glad we did. I reached out to Max Orsini for additional information. Max was always very responsive. We live 45min away so It was tough to get a chance for the wife to test drive it. Max and Ian Kim were very accommodating and allow us to test drive the car over night. This allowed me to take the car home for the wife to drive. She fell in love right away. I brought our trade in for them to appraise, Max turned me over to Sales Man Bruce Stromenger. Bruce was aware that I was on a time crunch. Within a Little over an hour I was walking out with a new car. This was probably one of my fastest car purchases I have ever had. There were some minor flaws that they said they would address. So I hope they honor their word. More
