Unfriendly and rude I came in for an advertised by you, " FREE," car inspection. They wanted to charge me $165.00 before my car was even moved from where I parked it beca I came in for an advertised by you, " FREE," car inspection. They wanted to charge me $165.00 before my car was even moved from where I parked it because I told them I have had a check engine light on but it went off again. I said if that's what it cost, not to read that code. I was then told they will bring my car right back out I can take it and go. So much for the rest of your " free" inspection. I drove to Aamco, they red the code for free, turns out the gas cap was not on right. The car has been fine since then. How Do you like that? Aamco has better customer relations And better service than Mercedes Benz Beaverton. I used to go to Wilsonville, and in the 18 plus years I used them, always had friendly reliable service. Worst experience ever. Took car for the service. Gave me a loaner with empty gas tank. Loaner was changed after I threatened to cancel the appointment. Received the call tha Took car for the service. Gave me a loaner with empty gas tank. Loaner was changed after I threatened to cancel the appointment. Received the call that car required additional work like change of wiper blades. When I went to pickup the car, the service person was absent. Someone else gave me the car. Wiper blades were not changed and was just listed as future work. So I have to take back the car. Never going to use this dealership again, either for service or buying.a new car. More

Lack of customer service Totally Disappointed , I bought 2016 c class the sales man Bruce stromenger left me right after I paid the money , he didn’t teach me anything about t Totally Disappointed , I bought 2016 c class the sales man Bruce stromenger left me right after I paid the money , he didn’t teach me anything about the car he didn’t even set up the car for me , usually Mercdes staff teach you the feautures in the car and set appointment with you , they promise me to fix the wheels on the car , I contacted Bruce for 10 days he wouldn’t even call me back or text me back and always make up excuses !i was expected better customer service since it’s high class delearship but I would never buy anything agin from there and I won’t recommend anybody to go to this branch ! Finally after stressing and wasting time , manager Stephan took care of the issue today . Huge thanks for Eddie Smith super nice guy helped me a lot today to get my car done ! More
