Impersonal, no appreciation, simply went through the motions as though I was checking out at the grocery store. No rapport building and clearly no interest in reassuring us that we had made a great decision and would enjoy the vehicle. Not what I expect when purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. Equally disappointing is the short sightedness of the business manager who wanted to charge me for them to touch up a rock chip on the paint prior to vehicle delivery. Fouad, thank you for a great experience. You can teach the rest of the team a few things about customer service. I would highly recommend Fouad. I can only hope my experience with Finance and the Business manager was an anomaly and the Service Department is as pleasant and professional as Fouad. I'll give them a chance to earn my continued business. More
