Poor and Disappointing! No paperwork given! 2 weeks passed! We leased Merc-Benz C 300 4matic on Dec 22, 2018 but have not received copy of any lease paper that we signed even after 2 weeks. We did electronic signature and were promised that we will receive papers via email. We send several email reminder and SMSs but still no response. Even car buy experience was very stressful with their bait and switch tactics. Very disappointing and poor customer service. They have zero appreciation of customers after deal is done. Would never do business with them in future. More

In addition to his knowledge he has also been extremely generous with his time to educate me about how I need to take care of the vehicle. Great free service! I brought the car in with squeaky brakes. I was given a nice loaner and the parts were ordered from Germany. It took about ten days to get them and I brought the car in with squeaky brakes. I was given a nice loaner and the parts were ordered from Germany.
