As a 4 year customer with several other accounts with them I feel very disrespected and unappreciated. In addition I saw on the tv a running ad that says the location would take care of any service if I was to trade in my car that day, which I did, yet they are still trying to bill me for it. More

Great place but disappointed The dealership was great as was the service advisor Spencer, but what disappointed me was that after my service my I noticed the car was making a knoc The dealership was great as was the service advisor Spencer, but what disappointed me was that after my service my I noticed the car was making a knocking noise coming from the left rear and come to find out that the rear lug nuts were not tightened and I lost two lug nuts in a week. When I went to tighten them I found that one had been started but was still very loose. I have been happy with previous services but this may be my last time taking my car to Beaverton Mercedes.
