Poor communication We brought our car in for service because my wife’s key was not always working to start the car or unlock the car. We dropped the car off on a Saturda We brought our car in for service because my wife’s key was not always working to start the car or unlock the car. We dropped the car off on a Saturday and picked it up on Tuesday. Upon pick up we asked if the items we were concerned about were addressed the gentleman that gave us the car said he believed so but didn’t see anything listed in the paperwork. We drove the car back to Vancouver my wife got up Wednesday morning for work and the check engine light was on. I text my service manager and he suggested we open the gas cap and that should fix it when that did not he said he could get us in on Friday. Luckily my wife is not working over the holiday weekend but this could have been very inconvenient. Now my wife has to make an extra trip back to Beaverton from Vancouver over a holiday weekend in hopes the issue can be resolved and we aren’t sent home again with an answer if we think it’s fixed to have a other electrical issue. More
