Service B - GLK 350 The Service Manager was personable. I appreciated that I was given a loaner car, so I didn't have to sit and wait for the lengthy service. I didn't want my tires rotated, as Les Schwab does that for me every 5,000 miles, yet it stated on my invoice that my tires were rotated. I was very disappointed that my car was not washed.... it previously has been washed after every service! I was told that the EPA does not allow car washing at your location anymore, which I find hard to believe. How can you run a car dealership without washing cars??? More

Life savers!! My wife and I were on our way to the airport to pick up her visiting father, when all of a sudden we started having a slough of electrical issues. We My wife and I were on our way to the airport to pick up her visiting father, when all of a sudden we started having a slough of electrical issues. We drove directly to the dealership, no appointment, and let them know about our possessed vehicle and our predicament. They took care of us immediately, got us a loaner car - even an SUV like ours, as my wife has medical issues keeping her from comfortably getting in and out of a coupe or sedan - and got us out of there in enough time to pick up my father in law. Spencer was great - helping us out while entertaining me with his dry humor. We picked up our ML a week and a half later, all fixed. Thanks again, guys!! More
