Jeff looked at it, brought the service manager over to look at it, and they decided to detail the car and try to get the scratches out. WOW! I thought now that's going a step beyond. I also want to mention (and I'm sorry I can't remember her name) the VERY helpful lady that checked for insurance and arranged the loaner car for me. She was very pleasant first thing in the morning.
