Could not be better!!! My wife and I were on a trip from Seattle to visit relatives in Clackamas. My older S-500 suddenly died in a mall there mid day Saturday. Called the three local MB dealers, Tualatin could not see car for one week. Portland said leave a number and did not call back for 3 hours. A very nice male in your service department answered promptly and said have AAA bring car there which we did on a flatbed. Once there asked for the service rep who had answered the phone. He was very nice and introduced me to Jeff. I am a 79 year old male undergoing chemo for a blood cancer and also suffering from a bad cold and 150 miles from home. I felt like crap!. Jeff could not have been kinder and I think could see my stress. Since it was now late Saturday afternoon he said they could not look at the car until Monday which I fully understood. This is my 5th Mercedes, all bought from and serviced by MB of Seattle, originally Phil Smart. Jeff set me up with a loaner car so I could return to visiting relatives. On Monday he called and explained the problem and that they had the parts and a solution and the car could be ready at noon. At 10:30 he called and said the car was repaired and ready to go. I could not be happier with everyone I met at your dealership and especially the personal and professional courtesy provided by Jeff. He is outstanding and hopefully management recognizes this.
