I made my appointment with the dealer app theee days prior to the appointment, received confirmation and then when I arrived, nobody could find any record of my appointment. Dylan in Service handled it, so that was just a small frustration. Overall, I’ve not been very pleased with the service I’ve received from this ‘luxury’ dealership. More

But the service responsiveness at MBz PDX and MBz Beaverton are now pretty average at best. More
