Good & bad The work performed was very good, as was the personnel. But to not wash and vacuum the car (instead providing a free trip through the local car wash) The work performed was very good, as was the personnel. But to not wash and vacuum the car (instead providing a free trip through the local car wash) was disappointing. This is not what I would expect from a Mercedes dealer. The BMW dealer down the street provides this service. More
