The staff was very helpful, everybody I talked to were so willing to help me out including the Manager Jay Co I recently tried to buy a used car here. It turned out that I didn't need a 3rd car, so I ended up returning the car, and the manager Jay Cole reversed the transaction and payed me back the full down payment. TERRIBLE business ethics I went in to the dealership looking at a pre-owned vehicle. I decided to have it checked out by a mechanic first before purchasing the car (just to be I went in to the dealership looking at a pre-owned vehicle. I decided to have it checked out by a mechanic first before purchasing the car (just to be safe) and halfway through the pre purchase inspection I was informed that they had sold the car to somebody else right out from underneath me. We had given all of our information and had done just about everything but sign on the dotted line. I have to say, aside from the horrific approach to honesty, integrity, and ethics, I am grateful that I did NOT end up giving this dealership my business. More

Even F & I. We first went to a different Mercedes dealer south of Portland as they are closer to where we live, and had a horrible experience. We felt like we were at a Chevy store- prices all over the place and a salesperson who did not know the product properly. We were contacted by the the general manager of Mercedes Beaverton personally, and he gave us trade in values exactly where they should have been according to KBB, and a great price on the car we wanted. We would highly recommend this dealer, and will say so on Yelp and anyplace else we can. More
