Unpleasant Staff We came in looking for a used car, and we knew what we want because we had done our research. We were looking at the car which supposedly had a clean We came in looking for a used car, and we knew what we want because we had done our research. We were looking at the car which supposedly had a clean title and a perfect car fax. The salesman told us that there was nothing wrong with the car. But as we looked at the car we found many problems, the front bumper had been damaged. The doors on the right side had been damaged as well, but we saw that they had been fixed and repainted in a bad way, you could clearly see the difference on the door handles between the left and right sides. The sales person was not willing to acknowledge that there was any damages or repairs done to the car. After a bit of talking about it, the sales person just got into the vehicle and drove off. So we just left. We came to a Mercedes dealership because we thought it would be a good place, but we were wrong. We are not going back to this dealership. More

Service appointment and no return calls My car was suppose to be done first thing Monday morning. Left several messages to call and give me an update. Finally by noon I get a call back and My car was suppose to be done first thing Monday morning. Left several messages to call and give me an update. Finally by noon I get a call back and was told it would be done before close. I called at 5pm, knowing they close at 6pm. I was informed it won't be done by close but I will have it back in the morning. It is 12:3pm right now on Tuesday and no call from service. I have called 3 times, left 1 message and have no clue yet when my car will be done! More
