I asked Chris in service if he could make sure that they follow through (for once) with a question I had on the paint. a week later I'm still waiting for the phone call. Apathetic comes to mind when describing this dealership. More
They suck I called for a service on my 06 c230, they were pretty rude, their price for a "B" service was considerably higher than one from Mercedes Benz of Wil I called for a service on my 06 c230, they were pretty rude, their price for a "B" service was considerably higher than one from Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville. When I asked about a loaner I was told I can rent a car from enterprise from them, what a bunch of crap. I ended up getting a "B" service from Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville for less with a free 2015 Mercedes CLA loaner. Wilsonville's service and friendliness prompted me to return a month later and buy a new C250 coupe. That is an example of how Mercedes Benz of Beaverton's sub par service and inflated pricing costed them not only the service but a future sale. This most likely happens on a larger scale with them and I am the voice of 20 other people. Good luck with your snuddy staff and poor service strategy. More

Everything went smoothly, we liked the car but it was not an all wheel drive which kept us thinking. This is where everything starts. So the listed price was $xx,xxx. We asked if we can get a better deal and he said he could try and use a certificate if his manager approves. He went and came back saying they are willing to give a $2000 off but the total was still a little above our budget. So we couldnt commit and Mr. Daniel Langley was probing into it as if whats keeping you from the deal blah blah blah which was okay but he started being sarcastic when we mentioned we would come back the next day with our cousins and that we needed a little more time to commit to the deal since it wasnt an AWD. Surprisingly, we went online and the car was listed 2000 less than the listed price in the showroom which actually meand he wasnt giving any deal. We felt like we were tricked and we were asked a lot of questions as to why we do not want to take the deal at the very moment. We understand that they want to sell the car so desperately but the way we were spoken to when we told him we needed more time is not very respectable. I wish our experience was different. We have been to other Mercedes showrooms in search of cars but never been treated this way. More

On the way to the dealership, I must have hit a pothole. Rob called me to advise that my right front tire was losing air fast. He pulled the wheel and took it down the road to Les Schwab where the tire was purchased, and they resolved the issue. That gesture saved me the better part of a day. My car is running beautifully, and I appreciate the courtesy and expertise at the Beaverton store. Thanks, Rob! More
