He was very friendly and answered all of my questions regarding the service, what it entailed, and how the warranty process worked. I was also extremely impressed when after my repair and A service, Brandon indicated that he had no suggestions for additional work/repair and that my car passed inspection with flying colors! I am so used to dealerships trying to upcharge or convince me to have more work done on the car than is necessary. This experience had a huge impact on my level of trust in your dealership. The staff was very helpful, everybody I talked to were so willing to help me out including the Manager Jay Co I recently tried to buy a used car here. It turned out that I didn't need a 3rd car, so I ended up returning the car, and the manager Jay Cole reversed the transaction and payed me back the full down payment. TERRIBLE business ethics I went in to the dealership looking at a pre-owned vehicle. I decided to have it checked out by a mechanic first before purchasing the car (just to be I went in to the dealership looking at a pre-owned vehicle. I decided to have it checked out by a mechanic first before purchasing the car (just to be safe) and halfway through the pre purchase inspection I was informed that they had sold the car to somebody else right out from underneath me. We had given all of our information and had done just about everything but sign on the dotted line. I have to say, aside from the horrific approach to honesty, integrity, and ethics, I am grateful that I did NOT end up giving this dealership my business. More
