This was by far the best car buying experience in my life! One of the best experiences in general that I have ever had. My husband and I walked up to the car we wanted to purchase to see that it had a " life! One of the best experiences in general that I have ever had. My husband and I walked up to the car we wanted to purchase to see that it had a "SOLD" sign with our name in the window. Not only that, the car was clean and ready to take home! Upon walking in to the dealership we were greeted with friendly smiles, handshakes and introductions, offered coffee and immediately felt welcomed. Benjamin Tait was a pleasure to work with! He promptly called me the next morning after a late night application on the website and went right to work on my loan - which was anything but easy! He called often and kept me in the know of what was happening with financing, what I could expect and made sure I was happy with all of the terms before I even set foot into the dealership. The whole team worked well together and treated us wonderfully. There was no long waiting, the finance department went over everything with my to make sure I understood every detail. We were at the dealership about less than two hours, including the test drive! We would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Benjamin Tait! Thank you, Mercedes Benz and Benjamin! My husband and I came in to purchase a Mercedes, we were greeted by a friendly gentleman named Ata Shirazi. We found him to helpful, attentive and knowledgeable.
