Apparently the finance specialist was out and remaining staff were unfamiliar with the process of purchase. The entire buying process took extended time...weeks, with multiple requests by purchaser and le staff were unfamiliar with the process of purchase. I was told normally the dealership could deal with lender and provide needed details electronically, however in my case I had to act as seller and buyer. I should get a sales commission for buying the car! More
