This is our MB car and our first service: I get premium brand, but why the premium price for a simple oil change? (I was in a bit of sticker shock honestly.) The reason I have 4 stars is because it’s not easy to make an appointment for service . I couldn’t schedule an appointment online, and also nobody answering my calls, then I did online live chat. I was make an appointment for service . I couldn’t schedule an appointment online, and also nobody answering my calls, then I did online live chat.
